1. I will not give away pet to anyone if it does not work out. I will return the pet to To The Rescue/SavePets Inc.

2.Your New pet has received vaccines and worming. There is no GUARANTEE that your new pet maybe incubating an illness. To The Rescue/SavePets Inc insist that you take your new pet to a local vet within 10 days of the adoption date. If any major health problems example bad heart. To The Rescue SavePets Inc will take the pet back along with documentation of the problem. To The Rescue SavePets Inc is not responsible for any minor health problem and any behavior problems.

3.If your new pet is under a spay/neuter contact. A copy of the spay must be returned to To The Rescue/SavePets Inc 6806 Gerald Ave Parma Ohio 44129. By the date posted on this contract. Failure to do so will result in returning the pet until spay and or neuter is done. It is up to the new pet owners to pay for this procedure. If neglect are proven To The Rescue/SavePets Inc has the right to relinquish the pet.

4 The goal of To The Rescue/SavePetsI Inc. is to provide a loving home for your new pet. If the pet does not work out. To The Rescue SavePets Inc. will take the new pet back at any age. No questions asked. I agree to return the pet back to To The Rescue SavePets Inc ____________Itnl.

5.All new additions will be current on shots. It is up to the new owners to follow up on vacciness .Heart worm .Yearly check ups and be current on all vetting. Including spay/neuter for your new pet.

6 To The Rescue/SavePets has the right to relinquish your pet is spay and or neuter copy is not done and copy is not sent to the rescue. Depending on age of Dog/puppy. You have 30-90 days after the adoption date and send a copy that the spay and or neuter was done. I will do so ________________Itnl.

7. All fees are considered a donation and are Non Refundable.
